The settings are fine - for a centre to work you need a full 360x180 panorama - your example clips off the bottom view a little, thus the lines in the flexify image.

Maybe I’m using the wrong settings for Flexify, I use “Latitude -90, Longitude -180, Input Equirectangular, Output Stereographic”.

Which gives for example this:
http : // http://www.wildpeaks.eu/files/pano_forest_planet.jpg

From this source panorama:
http : // http://www.wildpeaks.eu/files/pano_forest.jpg

It’s all fine except for the very center of the image.

Yep i used Flexify as well with the hyperbolic settings – the centre should be ok (?) Feel free to send me a sample and i can take a look…

I have a question: which software or plugin do you use for making the hyperbolic version ?

I use the Flexify 2 plugin which works great except the center is quite deformed, so I have to modify by hand afterwards.
