					<description><![CDATA[I agree that the DC snowfall video is much more visceral and immediate, but you are not comparing apples to apples here. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The DC video shows in very intimate and immediate terms what additional inches of snow mean. The London video is of some anonymous rooftops taken from 50 feet away. While the real volume of snow falling on them may be somewhat less, it is difficult to compare between the two videos given the wide disparity in both the subject depicted and the distance from that subject.]]></description>
