Construction of the Navy Pier, Chicago, begun in 1914 under the direction of architect Charles Sumner Frost. The pier was originally designed a shipping and recreational facility, it is now however a theme park and shopping mall.

The Pier is also however a great place to view both the cities skyline and Lake Michigan. The Lake at 118 miles wide and 307 miles long is one of the five great lakes of America.

    I have a question about the preview image, how do you exportthe image to look like this one , with the flags ? I want to try it too but I don’t know how, I created a panorama using Realviz 5, and one using ptGUI but I don’t know how to export the preview image like few from this site.

  • Navy Pier is a large pier and one of the most popular spots in the city. It is originally known as the Municipal Pier nr 2, the focal point at the Navy pier is the Ferris wheel here whish fifty foot tall. Other attractions include the Children museum and the Smith museum, which opened in 2000, an 18 hole miniature golf course, a funhouse maze, a beer garden, a 40ft high wave swinger and an IMAX theater.
